On October 31, 2022, Darshan Academy, Sundargarh observed “ The National Unity Day” to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. The lamp was lit and a floral offering was made to start the event.
Students were encouraged to uphold a sense of responsibility towards the nation and the country’s integrity. Additionally, children participated in a “Run for Unity” around the school premises. Furthermore, a documentary film titled “The Lifetime of Sardar Vallabbhai Patel” was shown. The programme ended with a thoughtful and inspirational message by our respected principal about maintaining the nation’s peace and integrity through social harmony and national cohesion.
