Darshan Academy, Sundargarh, successfully conducted two impactful workshops on fostering growth and knowledge-sharing among educators. The first session on multiple disabilities was led by Ms. Saroj Yadav (M.Sc., B.Ed.), a special educator specializing in multiple disabilities at Anushruti School for the Deaf within the India Institute of Technology. She enlightened participants on inclusive education strategies, emphasizing empathy and effective teaching practices for students with diverse needs. The second session focused on classroom management and was conducted by Mr. Puranjit Sarkar, Senior Academic Coordinator at Delhi Public International School ( DPIS), Shikohaabad, Uttar Pradesh. His insightful session provided practical techniques for creating productive, engaging, well-managed classrooms. Both workshops were met with enthusiasm and appreciation, marking another milestone in Darshan Academy’s commitment to holistic and inclusive education.
