A spiritual curriculum workshop was held at Darshan Academy Sundargarh. The principal, Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, and other teaching staff were present. The session started with an inspiring and captivating online spiritual discourse by DEF founder chairman, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj. Maharaj Ji enlightened us on how to attain self-realization and God-realization through meditation. Following the talk, there was a 30 minutes meditation session. The teachers then shared their beautifully designed presentations on spiritual topics about the importance of family, different ideas on dealing with situations nonviolently and setting goals in our lives. The principal gave a vote of gratitude after the session. He used the phrase “Live and Let Live” to emphasize the importance of harmony in everyone’s life and how it aids in promoting peace.
